We are hiring for Amazon E-commerce Specialist in Zirakpur - Mohali District

Role Description The Amazon Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Desk Expansion's product listings on Amazon, including creating and updating product detail pages, ensuring accurate information, and maintaining brand consistency. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, analyzing traffic and conversion data, adjusting pricing and promotional strategies, and coordinating inventory and order management with internal teams. The specialist will also handle customer queries related to Amazon orders, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with design and marketing colleagues to improve product images, descriptions, and overall marketplace presence. The role requires proactive problem-solving, regular reporting on key metrics, and ongoing research into Amazon policies, tools, and best practices to enhance visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Amazon marketplace knowledge, with experience managing product listings and optimizing online store performance.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for pricing, promotions, and listing improvements.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain professional interactions.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including experience with upselling, cross-selling, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Relevant experience in online retail or marketplace management; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and comfort working with multiple online dashboards and systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
