Looking for an experienced AWS Connect Solution Engineer to design, implement, and production support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Amazon Connect contact center solutions for voice, chat, IVR, routing, reporting, and automation.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Connect flows, queues, routing, and integrations.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, APIs, Lambda, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services.
• Provide guidance on security, scalability, monitoring, and best practices.
• Support implementation, deployment, and production while improving CX and agent efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Amazon Connect design and implementation experience.
• Good knowledge of AWS services, contact center technologies, IVR, routing, and CRM integrations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred

• AWS certification.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots/voice bots, analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
