Job Description – Amazon Connect IVR Developer

Experience : 5–7 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Connect IVR Developer with hands-on experience in developing and supporting IVR solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in call flow development, integrations, and troubleshooting customer interaction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain IVR call flows using Amazon Connect.
- Configure routing profiles, queues, prompts, and contact flows.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems and APIs.
- Work with AWS Lambda and Lex for automation and chatbot capabilities.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of IVR applications.
- Collaborate with architects, testers, and business teams.
- Support deployment and production activities.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect development.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, CloudWatch, and S3.
- Knowledge of IVR development and telephony concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Agile projects. - Knowledge of CI/CD and version control tools. - AWS certifications are an added advantage.
