Implementation Specialist - Amazon connect

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Anywhere in India (Hybrid/Remote)

Notice: 0-60 Days

Are you an Implementation Specialist with a passion for deployingcloud-based Customer Experience technology such as Amazon Connect We are growing our Amazon Connect team and seeking a team member who is comfortable jumping into a project and helping with solutioning, building, configurations, troubleshooting, call flows and helping Clients understand how Amazon Connect functions. In this role you will work with complex Contact Center applications to solve for our Client's business needs. You will be instrumental in the migration and deployment of the solutions. You will use your knowledge and expertise with Amazon Connect to help determine operational impacts to the business/Contact Center. You will work autonomously as well as with a team of other Amazon Connect engineers and architects. You also have the ability to function in a pre and post sales role.

Qualifications For Success:

  • 4+ years hands on experience configurating and administration of Amazon Connect.
  • Experience working with Amazon Connect and relatedAWSservices to include:
  • Amazon Connect Contact Flows Best Practices
  • Amazon Connect Customer Profiles
  • Amazon Connect Cases
  • Amazon Connect Contact Lens
  • Amazon LEX v1 and v2
  • Amazon Quicksight
  • Experience migrating from legacy/on prem or other Cloud telephony platforms to Amazon Connect
  • Ability to document customer use cases, solution designs and work with software developers to build a complete solution. Common languages used by developers forAWSwill be JavaScript, Python (does not require ability to write code).
  • Ability to train and mentor other technical resources to deliver and support Amazon Connect and related services (onshore and offshore).
  • AWSSolution Architect Certification Associate level required (Professional level preferred)
  • Experience enterprise Clients preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
  • Experience with software development and API integrations to include design and testing preferred
  • Provide solution optimization and process improvement with unique template IVR and interaction routing preferred
  • Experience working in a Client facing role preferred
