Role & responsibilities :
- 3 - 10 years of overall IT experience Minimum 3–5 years in AWS cloud development
- Proven experience with Amazon Connect implementations
- Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Routing, Lambda integration)
- Proficiency in Python development
- Extensive experience with AWS Lambda (Serverless architecture)
- Expertise in Amazon Lex (chatbots / conversational AI)
