Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Catalog Specialist to manage and optimize product
listings on Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating,
and maintaining high-quality product catalogs while ensuring strict compliance with Amazon
policies and resolving infringement-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Create and manage Amazon product listings (Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions, A+ Content)
2-Perform keyword research and optimize listings for SEO and discoverability
3-Ensure catalog compliance with Amazon guidelines, category requirements, and restricted product policies
4-Identify and resolve listing suppression issues due to compliance violations
5-Handle intellectual property (IP) and infringement issues (trademark, copyright, patent complaints)
6- Respond to Amazon policy warnings, performance notifications, and account health alerts
7- Manage variations (parent-child listings) and category placements
8-Fix listing issues such as stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and catalog errors
9-Upload listings via flat files, bulk uploads, and Seller Central
10-Maintain backend attributes, search terms, and product data accuracy
11-Maintain catalog hygiene (duplicate listings, incorrect data, missing attributes)
Compliance & Infringement Handling (Core Responsibility):
1-Strong understanding of Amazon's Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy
2-Ability to identify risky claims (health, medical, exaggerated benefits) and correct them
3-Experience handling IP complaints (Trademark, Copyright, Patent)
4-Knowledge of appeal process (Plan of Action - POA) for listing/account reinstatement
5-Ability to coordinate documentation (invoices, authorization letters, brand approvals)
6-Monitor and maintain Account Health Rating (AHR)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-1–3+ years of experience in Amazon catalog/listing management
2-Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
3-Hands-on experience with flat files and bulk uploads
4-Deep understanding of Amazon compliance policies and listing guidelines
5-Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
6-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
7-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1-Experience with international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.)
2-Familiarity with Amazon Account Health dashboard and policy frameworks
3-Experience with A+ Content , Brand story, Brand Store and Brand Registry
