Job Title: Amazon Catalog Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Catalog Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling catalog uploads, creating A+ and Premium A+ content, resolving compliance issues, and troubleshooting catalogs to ensure smooth operations and maximum product visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Optimization:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images).
- Ensure keyword-rich content for better SEO ranking.
A+ and Premium A+ Content Creation:
- Plan, design, and upload A+ and Premium A+ content for improved brand presence and conversions.
- Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure alignment with Amazon guidelines.
Catalog Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and stranded inventory issues.
- Work with Amazon Seller/Brand Support to fix variations, contributions, and listing conflicts.
Compliance & Policy Handling:
- Monitor product compliance and resolve issues related to restricted products, policy violations, and intellectual property claims.
- Ensure all listings adhere to Amazon's category guidelines and compliance standards.
Performance Tracking:
- Analyze catalog health, product visibility, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Regularly report on key metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Amazon catalog management.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of A+ and Premium A+ content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
- Ability to resolve catalog and compliance issues independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices for e-commerce.
