Brief Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Campaign Specialist to support advertising operations for the Zurn AMS account. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing, comfortable working with data, and eager to grow within the Amazon advertising ecosystem. This role will collaborate with internal teams to maintain campaign hygiene, optimize performance metrics, and support content accuracy across Amazon platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute hygiene actions across active campaigns.
Add and refine negative keywords based on performance and search term analysis.
Support account restructuring and renaming initiatives for Zurn.
Monitor discontinued and new product SKUs to adjust campaigns accordingly.
Conduct deep dives into sudden ACoS spikes and propose corrective actions.
Track and report on KPIs including ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, impressions, spend, and sales.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain weekly ACoS tracking sheets and monthly performance reports.
Update AI sheets and Tableau dashboards for Amazon and digital campaigns.
Perform manual audits of SKUs and monthly data backups for Zurn.
Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with stakeholders. Content & Brand Experience
Coordinate with internal teams for creative input and approvals.
Support creation and updates of A+ content and brand store assets.
Work with the Data Syndication team to ensure content accuracy and corrections. Operational Support & Collaboration
Respond to ad-hoc requests and internal escalations with timely follow-up.
Collaborate on Amazon Answers and support campaign-related queries.
Propose suggestions for campaign and process improvements.
Assist with candidate interviews and documentation as needed.
Job Specification: (Education, training, and experience)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in Amazon advertising or e-commerce campaign support.
Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console and Vendor Central workflows.
Basic proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and collaboration skills. Skills & Competencies
Amazon Advertising Knowledge Understanding of SP, SB, and SD campaign structures and performance metrics.
Analytical Skills Ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
Reporting Proficiency Experience with Excel, Tableau, and Amazon reporting tools.
Content Coordination Ability to support A+ content and brand store updates.
Collaboration Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
