We are looking for an experienced Amazon Business Unit Manager to own and grow our Amazon US business. This is a leadership role responsible for Amazon revenue growth, profitability, advertising performance, product launches, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate thinks like a business owner, not just an Amazon operator.

Role Summary

The Amazon Business Unit Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Amazon US channel, including sales growth, profitability, PPC advertising, catalog optimization, pricing strategy, promotions, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations.

This role owns Amazon channel KPIs and works closely with Catalog, Creative, Inventory, Customer Service, and Analytics teams to drive sustainable growth.

The successful candidate must have strong Amazon Seller Central experience, hands-on PPC expertise, and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

01- Amazon Business Ownership

  • Own Amazon US revenue, profitability, and overall channel performance.
  • Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
  • Manage Amazon channel P&L, including sales, fees, advertising costs, fulfillment costs, and contribution margin.
  • Present weekly and monthly business reviews with action plans and recommendations.

02-Amazon PPC Management

  • Build, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and advertising investments.
  • Improve TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, and overall advertising efficiency.
  • Execute keyword harvesting, bid optimization, campaign restructuring, and launch strategies.
  • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining profitability targets.

03-Product Launch & Growth Strategy

  • Develop launch plans for new products and seasonal collections.
  • Coordinate pricing, promotions, coupons, deals, and advertising support.
  • Identify high-potential products and growth opportunities.
  • Develop category expansion strategies and seasonal sales plans.

04-Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, rankings, reviews, and advertising activity.
  • Identify market trends and category opportunities.
  • Recommend actions to improve market share and competitive positioning.

05-Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report key Amazon KPIs.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, risks, and optimization priorities.
  • Work with analytics resources to improve dashboard visibility and reporting automation.
  • Drive accountability through measurable performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Amazon Seller Central management experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon US marketplace accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon fee structures, profitability analysis, and contribution margins.
  • Experience managing Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing catalogs with 4,000+ SKUs.
  • Experience working with seasonal products and promotional calendars.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance data.
  • Experience using Sellerboard, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar tools.
  • Experience building KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
