About Us

SOFTSPUN is one of India's leading manufacturers of microfiber products, selling across ecommerce and quick commerce platforms with strong nationwide presence and aggressive growth ambitions.

We are looking for an Amazon Business Manager to own Amazon business performance end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving business outcomes, making decisions using data, managing stakeholders and scaling marketplaces.

Important: This role is not for Amazon Ads execution. We already have a dedicated Ads function. Your role will be to own results and manage performance.

What You'll OwnAmazon Business Performance

• Drive Amazon sales growth and profitability
• Own business reviews and action plans
• Track revenue, margin, inventory and growth

Marketplace Leadership

• Coordinate catalog, pricing, promotions and launches
• Ensure execution across stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and solve bottlenecks

Ads & Agency Governance

• Review ad performance and business outcomes
• Challenge strategy and budget allocation
• Ensure spend converts into profitable growth

Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards for:

• Sales
• TACOS
• Contribution margin
• Inventory health
• ASIN performance
• Returns and profitability

Inventory & Forecasting

• Work closely with operations and production teams
• Forecast inventory requirements
• Prevent stockouts and excess inventory

Success Metrics

• Contribution Margin
• TACOS Outcomes
• Inventory Efficiency
• Forecast Accuracy
• ASIN Growth
• Reporting Quality

What We're Looking For

Mandatory:

• 5–8 years ecommerce / marketplace experience
• Strong experience managing Amazon business
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Commercial and ownership mindset
• Comfortable presenting to leadership

Preferred:

• Experience managing agencies
• Experience with large SKU catalogs
• Power BI / dashboarding exposure
• Consumer goods / ecommerce background
