Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Advertising Growth Manager to lead and scale our Amazon business.

We are an established lifestyle and gifting brand selling products across categories such as bags, travel accessories and other unique products. Our Amazon business generates significant monthly sales, and we're looking for someone who can take it to the next level.

Salary Range - 35-55k /month

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Analyze search term reports, keyword performance, TACoS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, and profitability.
  • Develop keyword ranking and product launch strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and increase market share.
  • Work closely with our team on listing optimization, A+ Content, pricing, coupons, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop conquesting strategies.
  • Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously test and scale successful campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads and Marketplace experience.
  • Proven experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and listing optimization.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and independently manage growth initiatives.
  • Experience launching and scaling new products on Amazon.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Amazon DSP.
  • Experience managing multiple product categories.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and catalog management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, SellerApp, or similar platforms.
