Amazon is a core growth channel for us, and we want a specialist who can own it fully.

The Role:

We're looking for an Amazon Ads Specialist to run our entire ads presence on Amazon. This is a focused, single-channel role for someone who knows the Amazon ads engine inside out — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP — and can turn spend into profitable, scalable growth. You'll live in the console, obsess over ACoS and TACoS, and own the number.

What you'll do:

• Own and run all advertising on Amazon end to end — strategy, setup, and optimization
• Manage campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
• Optimize bids, keywords, targeting, and budgets to hit ACoS/TACoS and growth goals
• Track performance daily and make data-led calls to scale what's working
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and report on spend, sales, and ROI
• Work with the catalog and content teams to keep listings ad-ready and converting
• Stay ahead of Amazon ad formats, tools, and platform changes

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience running Amazon ads, ideally for a D2C or consumer brand
• Deep command of Amazon Advertising — campaign types, bidding, and the metrics that matter
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from data
• A track record of scaling ad-driven sales while managing efficiency
• Self-driven and accountable — someone who owns the channel, not just the tasks
