Currently managing 30+ brands, SP provides full-spectrum services: shelf optimisation, retail expansion, digital marketing, logistics, and storage. With a growing pipeline of new brands seeking marketplace representation, the India team is scaling to meet demand.
About The Role
We are searching for a marketing expert who can make campaigns work and numbers shine. This role is for someone who loves blending creativity with analytics — whether it's optimising Amazon Ads, running Google campaigns, or driving sales through marketing initiatives. You will own end-to-end ad management and brand onboarding, coordinating closely with business development, marketing, and brand management teams to translate advertising efforts into measurable sales revenue.
What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across Amazon, Google, and other platforms. Manage PPC campaigns, Sponsored Products, and display ads to maximise ROI.
- Amazon DSP & Programmatic: Lead demand-side platform strategy on Amazon — including audience targeting, bid optimisation, and leveraging Amazon's automation tools — to drive full-funnel performance for multiple brands.
- Brand Store & A+ Content Strategy: Oversee Brand Store, A+ Content, and other creative assets to elevate brand presence, improve customer engagement, and enhance conversion rates.
- Analytics & Insights: Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA), Brand Analytics, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to derive ASIN-level insights, identify trends, and drive category-level growth strategies.
- MAP Enforcement: Identify and monitor unauthorised resellers, ensuring compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies to protect brand equity and maintain Buy Box performance.
- Promotions & Deals Management: Manage all deals, promotions, and event participation in coordination with AVS, ensuring every SKU is represented and optimised for visibility and sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, logistics, supply chain, product, sales, and content teams to ensure efficient forecasting, replenishment, fulfilment, and aligned strategies.
- Marketing & Advertising Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing and Advertising (ADS) teams to manage advertising budgets, optimise campaign ROI, and enhance brand presence.
- Amazon POC Coordination: Maintain regular communication with Amazon's Point of Contact (POC) team in Bengaluru to align on operations, issue resolution, and execution priorities. Build and expand the Amazon network to strengthen collaboration and improve business agility.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of e-commerce marketing experience Amazon Ads experience strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon DSP — including audience building, bid strategies, and navigating Amazon's automation/chatbot tools.
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including SQL-based reporting and custom audience analysis.
- Strong understanding of the CPG / retail space (health & wellness, sports, activewear, food & grocery, or similar verticals).
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of optimising campaigns and translating ad spend into revenue.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Google Ads and Shopify marketing platforms.
- Agency background or experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Familiarity with retail expansion, logistics coordination, and supply-chain touchpoints in e-commerce.
