Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Amazon Ads Manager to join Araclis on a permanent basis. You will own the advertising function for a portfolio of Araclis clients, building strategies, running campaigns, and driving measurable results.

This is not an entry-level position. We expect you to demonstrate sound judgment in campaign decisions, communicate clearly, and take ownership without being micromanaged.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across client accounts on Amazon US and European marketplaces
  • Build and execute full-funnel PPC strategies aligned to each client's business objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, bid management, and search term analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Run tests on targeting types, match types, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency
  • Monitor daily ad spend, ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS and make proactive adjustments
  • Identify growth opportunities and flag underperforming campaigns with clear action plans
  • Prepare weekly and monthly advertising performance reports for each assigned client
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and performance trackers
  • Support operational tasks including inventory alerts, listing performance flags, and account health monitoring
  • Contribute to SOPs and internal documentation for advertising workflows

Requirements:

Must-Have

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Amazon US marketplace
  • Experience with at least one European Amazon marketplace (UK, DE, FR, IT, or ES)
  • Strong command of Amazon Ads Console, bulk operations, and bid management
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with third-party PPC tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, Scale Insights etc
  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP
  • Understanding of how listing optimization influences ad performance
  • Understanding of listings managements and seller support case management
  • Prior experience working in or with an Amazon agency
