Our company is an active Amazon seller specializing in consumer products. We are currently seeking expert assistance in reinstating our Amazon Seller Account, which has been deactivated under Section 3 (Product Authenticity).

This is a short-term freelance or project-based role for an Amazon Account Reinstatement Specialist.The specialist will be responsible for helping us prepare and submit a professional appeal to Amazon to reinstate our deactivated account (Section 3 Product Authenticity).
Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing the deactivation notice and identifying the exact cause.
• Drafting and refining the Plan of Action (POA) with supporting documents.
• Advising on Amazon policy compliance and preventive measures.
• Communicating with Amazon Seller Performance Support (if needed).

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Amazon account reinstatement and appeals.
• Strong understanding of Amazon policy, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working on Section 3 (Product Authenticity) or similar cases preferred.
• Ability to deliver within tight timelines.
