About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Amazon Account Manager with strong expertise in handling US and European Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, PPC advertising, and account growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts for US & Europe markets.
  • Create, optimize, and update product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ Content, images, pricing).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Handle inventory management, stock forecasting, and replenishment planning.
  • Analyze business reports, competitor performance, and market trends.
  • Manage catalog issues, listings suppression, and Amazon policy compliance.
  • Work on promotions, coupons, deals, and brand store enhancements.
  • Monitor account health feedback, ratings, chargebacks, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, logistics teams, and global partners.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion rate, and overall account profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 34 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its tools.
  • Prior experience in US & Europe Amazon marketplaces is mandatory.
  • Expertise in keyword research, SEO, and campaign management (PPC).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with reports & dashboards.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple SKUs in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Pi, Brand Analytics, Etc.s
  • Experience with brand registry, A+ content, and storefront creation.
  • Understanding of logistics, 3PL, and international shipping.
