  • Maintain Company Margin:

Maintain and monitor Company margin across all spare parts categories.

Ensure consistent profitability while aligning pricing decisions with organizational policies, financial guidelines, and market benchmarks.

  • Pricing Of New Spare Parts - Domestic, Export & Import:

Determine and finalize pricing for new spare parts across Domestic, Export, and Import markets.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Others teams to understand cost components and market dynamics.

Develop pricing recommendations using cost analysis, competitive assessment, and strategic pricing principles.

  • SPD Price Revision - Domestic, Export & Import:

Conduct periodic price revisions for existing spare parts in all market segments.

Analyze cost fluctuations (foreign exchange, procurement cost, logistics, taxation) and propose price adjustments accordingly.

Benchmark competitor prices, evaluate market movement, and recommend timely revisions to maintain profitability and competitiveness.

  • Market Analysis & Domestic MRP Competition Benchmarking:

Perform market analysis and competitive benchmarking for domestic MRPs.

Identify pricing gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through structured market research.

Recommend corrective actions to ensure SMIPL remains competitive in the after-sales market.

  • Pricing MIS & Project - Pricing Policy, HSN Code Review:

Prepare and maintain Pricing MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.

Ensure robust documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with statutory and internal guidelines.
