Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk/Mailroom Operations: Provide expert management guidance and support for escalated issues within helpdesk and mailroom operations during your shift.
  • Front Office Operations: Offer management advice and solutions for escalated issues encountered in front office operations during your shift.
  • Security Operations: Oversee security muster and deployment, ensuring accurate record-keeping in the register for any penalties or comments related to security service improvements.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Supervise and ensure the efficient functioning of all housekeeping activities.
  • Caf Operations: Oversee and manage the smooth running of cafe services.
  • General Operations: Provide general oversight and support for all other soft services functions.
  • Rostering: Create and review rosters for DM, Helpdesk, and Mailroom teams to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and timely share weekly and monthly reports, including but not limited to MMR (Monthly Management Report) and FL Templates.
  • Compliance: Assist in maintaining and improving the overall requirement compliance score across all relevant parameters.
  • Attendance Management: Prepare and share JLL team attendance records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of facility operations and soft services management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
