AM - SAP PPQM

Key Responsibilities:

A) SAP S/4 HANA Expertise

• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4 HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO)
• Document business requirements and assess fit with standard SAP functionalities
• Validate and review functional and technical specification documents
• Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities
• Lead SAP application enhancements driven by organizational or business process changes
• Recommend IT solutions based on a thorough analysis of business processes and SAP capabilities

B) Project Management

• Manage SAP-related business IT initiatives from concept to implementation
• Create and execute project plans for SAP PP/QM implementations and functional upgrades
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely solutions
• Liaise with vendors for configuration, implementation, and SAP application maintenance

C) SAP S/4 HANA Support (PP/QM Module)

• Act as a liaison between business users, internal IT CoE, and AMS vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents and change requests
• Support SAP upgrade planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures
• Ensure strong process governance, documentation, and compliance with audit requirements
• Communicate SAP application changes and updates to relevant stakeholders

Who We're Looking For:

Educational Qualifications:

• MCA or B.E. in Computers / Electronics / IT
• SAP S/4 HANA PP Certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP PP/QM functional consultant
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with S/4 HANA
• Experience in at least one end-to-end full-cycle SAP ERP implementation
• Prior experience in CPG industry or SAP consulting preferred

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM modules
• End-to-end project implementation experience with SAP ERP (preferably in PP/QM)
• Familiarity with CPG manufacturing processes and industry-specific needs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Cross-cultural awareness and ability to manage geographically distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on business value delivery
