The Resource management team in Deloitte India helps with the process of staffing client projects with appropriate available staff who have the right skill. It involves the process of planning, scheduling, and allocating practitioners to maximize project efficiency. The team helps monitor variances between planned vs. scheduled vs. actuals and increase utilization by optimizing the available capacity..

Your Work Profile

· Develop & Scalability: Design and implement robust React.js frontends and Node.js backends for high-performance web applications, ensuring code is scalable and maintainable.

· Cloud Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications on Azure, utilizing services such as App Services, Container Registry, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, etc. or any other Cloud Hyperscaler.

· Modern Front-end: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js, with a focus on server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side optimization.

· API Management: Build and optimize secure RESTful APIs, ensuring reliable integration with internal and third-party services.

· Database Management: Manage relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB/Cosmos DB), including schema design and query optimization.

· Technical Collaboration: Participate in peer code reviews and collaborate with the team to implement best practices in coding, testing, and security.

· Software Quality: Proven ability to write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Key Skills Required

· Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with solid experience in building microservices and working with cloud-native applications.

· Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

· Key Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java/Python/Node.js) and a modern frontend framework (React/Angular).

· Modern Architectures: Experience with Microservices and cloud-native application design

· Containerization: Practical experience with Docker and basic familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS) for container orchestration.

· Security Standards: Working knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT for secure authentication and data protection.

· Emerging Tech: Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development and debugging.
