About The Role

This role supports the Media Lead – GAMC cluster in driving media planning, strategy, analytics, and deployment across Africa and Middle East markets. The role requires a self-driven and analytical individual able to work across countries, stakeholders, and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Planning & Strategy
  • Lead end-to-end media planning across Africa & Middle East markets
  • Build market-wise media plans aligned to reach and business objectives
  • Optimize plans for cost efficiency and reach delivery
  • Align with brand teams on target audience, objectives, and creatives
  • Continuously refine plans based on performance
  • Media Analytics & Measurement
  • Drive campaign analytics (reach, frequency, GRPs, CPM, CPR)
  • Conduct deeper analysis like reach curves and performance breakdowns
  • Maintain trackers with plan vs actuals
  • Deployment & Execution
  • Own campaign deployment across Middle East and East Africa
  • Coordinate PO creation, campaign launch and tracking
  • Ensure creative readiness and campaign activation
  • Troubleshoot execution issues
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management
  • Work with local market teams, global teams, and agencies
  • Align on budgets, plans, and timelines
  • Drive follow-ups across geographies
  • Data & Reporting
  • Manage data requests and structured datasets
  • Build dashboards and trackers for performance and budgets
  • Operational Ownership
  • Manage PO, CE and vendor coordination
  • Ensure correct billing and finance alignment
  • Maintain documentation hygiene

Education

  • Postgraduate/Graduate from recognized, reputable institute

Experience

  • Experience in media planning / digital / analytics

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of media buying
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership and execution focus
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Comfortable across time zones
  • Detail-oriented and fast-paced

4-6 years
