Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level professional for the position of Asst. Manager/Manager – Statutory Audit to lead statutory audit engagements, manage key client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery of assurance services. The candidate will be responsible for handling complex audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading teams across multiple engagements.
Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Notice period preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Statutory Audit engagements for corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SA), Companies Act 2013, ICAI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review and finalize audit reports, financial statements, disclosures, and working papers.
- Identify audit risks and drive audit planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage client relationships and represent the firm in discussions with senior management and Audit Committees.
- Lead, mentor, and guide audit teams for timely deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (mandatory).
- 2–5+ years of experience in statutory audit / assurance services.
- Prior experience in reputed CA firm / Big 4 / large audit practice preferred.
- Strong exposure to handling large corporate audits and Listed engagements.
- Must have worked with listed clients & handled independent Audits.
