Job Description

What you will do

Over the longer horizon, as the program scales you are expected to do the following:
Owning an automated decisioning process and its outcome.
Creating 6 Month Risk roadmap
Refine the Credit policies and create new policies to lend in unexplored segments.
Own end to end ML model development methodology : Feature creation, Model design and development, tuning, validating, monitoring and calibrating
Coding up and maintaining BRE , automating credit policies as well as underwriting decisions if need be
Independently drive and conceptualize projects on Risk and Data science.
Initially an IC role but expected to guide and manage a team of analysts and grow into leadership role.

What you will need

3-6 years of relevant Fin-Tech experience, preferably in Digital Unsecured Lending, with products like BNPL, PL or consumer loan.
Strong RCA skills along with excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly, both verbally and in written form to leadership.
Working knowledge of GCP, Vertex AI and cloud function for deployment.
Solid understanding of credit bureau data (CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF), and banking risk frameworks.
Expert in PD, EAD , LGD modeling in Python environment.
Can identify use cases of AI to drive productivity internally in the team and in the decisioning process.
