Qualifications

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical ,Polymer engineering etc.

Experience:

5-10 Years exposure to Tyre design /Tyre manufacturing / Vehicle testing etc.

KPI's: 

1.    Adherence to Tyre development milestones

2.    Adherence to OE sample submission/ Data book timelines

3.    Adherence to specification release plan 

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

1.     Study of RFQ and support project lead in making design proposal.

2.     Prepare technical proposal's including pattern, material , cavity and propose changes in design as needed.

3.     Coordinate all Benchmark study, DFMEA review & data book preparation activity in each sample submission loop.

4.     Coordinate with internal R&D teams (Material/Compound ,Simulation, Pre Dev , D&ME etc..) for OE technical readiness.

5.     Review of outdoor results (OEM feedback), discuss tech specifications with analysis for next development loop with PDM.

6.     Ensure QR documentation as per APDP .

7.     Execute all data book preparation activity in each sample submission loop.

8.     Coordinate with local outdoor and indoor testing team for timely completion of testing.

9.     Support QA for PTR & PPAP submission and approval & CSQSR deployment.

10.  Support QA for product related issues at OEM assembly line.
