Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on experience inMarketing & Communicationto build and scale our brand and communication strategy in a trust-driven healthcare startup environment. This role will shape our brand narrative, drive patient and partner engagement, and support business growth while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
- Own all internal and external communication, including PR, content, and thought leadership
- Drive patient acquisition and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with product, clinical, and leadership teams on launches and key initiatives
- Translate clinical and technical value into clear, patient-friendly communication
- Build marketing analytics, track performance, and optimize ROI
- Manage agencies, vendors, and a growing in-house team
- Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
Experience & Skills
- 5-8 years of marketing and communication experience, preferably in healthcare or similar industries
- Proven experience building brands and communication frameworks in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong storytelling, digital marketing, and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable working hands-on in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
