Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Drive new and existing business development for company products in assigned international markets.
  • Contact prospective customers, understand requirements, and develop business opportunities.
  • Procure orders while ensuring compliance with company policies, credit terms, and manufacturing lead times.
  • Strategic Sales Management:
  • Follow product-wise and category-wise sales targets.
  • Build the company's brand presence in assigned markets through strategic initiatives.
  • Track competition and industry trends to stay updated on market developments.
  • Customer & Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding customer requirements and order details.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare business presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up as per international business processes.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Sharp business acumen with the ability to manage business independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
