Responsible for finalization of works contract, material procurement mainly related to electro- mechanical (MEP) services for real estate / construction development with following job responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender document, selection of vendors, floating enquiries, getting offers, preparing techno-commercial comparative statements and internal cost estimates etc.
- Preparation of Note for Approval, Purchase Orders, Work Orders.
- Arranging meetings like pre-bid technical validation, kick off meeting, etc. preparing minutes of meeting for various meeting being conducted.
- Co-ordination with cross functional team related to requisition to payment cycle.
- Following up with supplier and vendors for status update, expediting of delivery, etc.
- Downstream contract management and issuing amendments time to time for issued contract.
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
- Must have 5 years Contracting & Procurement (both) experience in MEP sourcing related to Real Estate Development.
- Must be B.E./ B. Tech Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical).
