Responsible for Corporate law and legal structure Responsible for material local matters and matters of legal relevance as a whole Responsible for material litigation and arbitration cases (including threatened litigation) involving SF3-IN Responsible for day-to-day litigation involving the local company Responsible for material matters related to regulatory laws and matters potentially entailing criminal action by employees or fines by authorities against Group, dawn raids Responsible for drafting and vetting of financial documents Responsible for local Agreements involving or affecting Responsible for legal matters between NSC and SF Responsible for cross Border Activities Responsible for legal documentation to be used in a standardized way for day to day matters by the local entity Responsible for Contact/communication with local authorities
