About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – LAP Sales to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through direct field visits and customer acquisition.
- Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, references, DSAs, connectors, and market visits.
- Handle Prime LAP segment with ticket sizes of ₹1–5 Crores.
- Identify potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in LAP / Loan Against Property sales.
- Candidates should currently be involved in field sales / field sourcing activities.
- Experience handling Prime LAP customers with ₹1–5 Crore ticket sizes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of LAP products, customer acquisition, and the lending process.
- Candidates from NBFC / BFSI / Housing Finance backgrounds preferred.
- Branch sales profiles are not preferred; candidates with strong field-sales experience are required.
- Good communication, negotiation, relationship management, and market networking skills.
