Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AM Housekeeping position, located in Bardez, Goa. The AM Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas of the property, overseeing daily housekeeping operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties include supervising laundry and cleanliness, training housekeeping staff, and addressing guest inquiries or feedback efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry management, ensuring all service standards are maintained.
- Strong Customer Service abilities to address guest needs and deliver a memorable experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management.
- Experience in Training team members to uphold housekeeping standards and improve efficiency.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and previous experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
