Hardware Solutions is a significant opportunity for Saint-Gobain in India to offer systems and solutions to our customers. This position is responsible for,
- Developing Dealer/Sub dealer network in the assigned territory.
- Launch new products.
- Responsible for Sales through channels (Dealers/wholesalers and retailers) in assigned territory.
- Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer experience, stakeholder relationship in the territory.
- Responsible for Delivery of KPI thereby generating loyal network of influencers and creating awareness about the products to the market thereby increasing the brand value.
- Identify streams of revenue generation.
- To expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network in the assigned territory.
- Interacting and developing rapport with the customer at all levels for customer retention and achievement of service revenues.
- Receivable management (Collection of all outstanding amount).
- Scouting for opportunities to reach out to End consumers through various sources and increase business in the most cost-effective way.
- Collaborate and work with the internal teams to cater products to the market, improve delivery efficiency and achieve business results.
- Understand competition offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
End customers: Aluminium fabricators, Glass fabricators, Interior contractors.
Nature Of Experience
- Channel Development – Retail: Prior experience in developing and managing Channel.
- Prior Experience from Hardware industry (Preferred).
- Develop road map and arrive at Go-to market strategy.
