Designation: Assistant Accounts Manager
Domain: Accounts & Finance
Location: Pune
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: ACCA/ B.Com /M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Banking, and Treasury.
- Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare Monthly MIS, financial reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and coordinate with bankers and auditors.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, logistics accounting, and factory outlet sales records.
- Lead ERP implementation and ensure effective utilization of accounting systems.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial processes.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Support office administration, facility management, and 5S activities at the Head Office.
- Maintain financial records and handle special assignments as directed by management.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Distribution Industry.
