Job Description

Years of experience: Should have 3 7 years of relevant experience post qualification.
Nature of experience: Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection Activity as per Standards. Understanding and conversion of Engineering Drawings /Inspection standards into Process Standards for Inspectors.
Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing.
Assessing new vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues.
Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.
Managing Line workmen and workstations
Knowledge about ISO and quality systems
Japanese practices 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc.

Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis

Nature of Work : Vehicle Inspection after Assembly Stage
