Job Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and architecture.
Testing/Validation of parts (Vehicle & Part level) and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams during production.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our designs remain competitive.
Quality issues analysis and countermeasure
Project Management & Co-ordination with supplier.
Technical/ Functional:
Basic knowledge of Automobile grade Switches, Auto AC Panel, USB charger & Sensors
Knowledge of automotive relevant safety standards like ECE R10, R21, R121
Experience of complete lifecycle of design and development for automobile grade switches.
Competency Requirements
Behavioural:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Co-ordinate department activities and represent in various forums.
Good Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation skills.
