Desired Skills & Experience

47 years of experience in rider management, last-mile delivery operations, or bulk hiring (e-commerce/logistics preferred).

Strong experience in leading large teams of field staff and managing high-volume ground operations.

Proven track record in bulk hiring, manpower planning, and retention strategies
