Supplier Audits & Upgradation: -
.Conduct detailed audits at suppliers to evaluate operational robustness, quality systems, and compliance with Maruti Suzuki standards.
.Identify improvement areas and drive upgradation activities to enhance Tier-2 supplier capabilities.
.Develop and maintain audit frameworks, scoring models, and follow-up mechanisms for supplier assessments.
Tier-1 & Tier-2 Supplier Management: -
.Support development and performance monitoring of suppliers. Understanding the system & process of the supplier and work with them in various improvement activities
.Facilitate collaboration between Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers to ensure readiness for the audit and sustenance after the audit.
.Monitor supplier health and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Safety & Compliance
.Ensure adherence to Human and Machine safety protocols during supplier audits and visits.
.Promote safety awareness and compliance across supplier operations
Derisking Strategy & Execution: -
.Identify potential risks across supplier's, including capacity, quality, and financial risks.
.Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
.Sound knowledge of the concepts related to System & process
.Good understanding and development know-how of various manufacturing process.
.Knowledge of Manufacturing process, plant functioning & logistics
.Data driven approach- analyze and propose strategies.
.Strategic thinker to analyze and propose short-term and long-term solutions
.Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach
.Proficiency in using MS Office [MS Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI)
.Team player
