Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AM/DM/Manager – Sales role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities for residential and mixed-use projects, including lead generation, customer engagement, site visits, and deal closure. The Sales Manager will track and report sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or other tools, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and operations teams, supporting business planning and pricing strategies, and contributing to sales campaigns and promotional events. The role also requires building long-term relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service, addressing queries, and aligning offerings with the company's intelligent living concept.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present project offerings, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to contribute to sales forecasts, revenue targets, and market expansion strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work on-site, including weekends and extended hours when required, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
