Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site AM/DM/Manager – Sales role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities for residential and mixed-use projects, including lead generation, customer engagement, site visits, and deal closure. The Sales Manager will track and report sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or other tools, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and operations teams, supporting business planning and pricing strategies, and contributing to sales campaigns and promotional events. The role also requires building long-term relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service, addressing queries, and aligning offerings with the company's intelligent living concept.
