The leadership hiring responsibilities will include:
1) Brainstorming with the top management to identify gaps in the management strucutre of the company.
2) Develop a clear understanding of the requirements of the organization in such vacancies.
3) Identify the type of professionals required and delineate the various qualification parameters required from candidates for such roles.
4) Strategize to ideate talent acquisition strategies and map out sources and modes of talent acquisition.
5) Study the current modes of processing applications and recommend changes to the same if necessary.
6) Oversee the processes of assessments and ensure candidate and organizational stakeholders satisfaction with these processes.
7) Liaise internally to get feedback regarding candidates and discuss the possibility of onboarding them with the relevant stakeholders.
