Major responsibilities: (most important tasks)
- Responsible for Branch Supreme Serv Budget Achievement.
- Maintain the relation and business with customers, dealers & ASC's for Supreme Serve business
on regular basis and submit the forecast with proper back ups.
- Regular visit to customers, discuss about the spares availability & general enquiry, Submit offer in
consultant with TSS & Branch Manager & follow up with customer to get the PO.
- Send the Indent to TSS for booking of orders & follow up with CM for timely delivery of materials.
- Generate Repair, Replacement of KSB pump & competition make pump & ensure timely order
receipt.
- Generate MIL make ARC valve business.
- Arrange technical training program & seminars at customers plant for generation of supreme Serv
business.
- Ensure timely collection of payment & ABG/PBG if any.
- Track competition activities & inform to BO/ZO on time.
Requirement profile: Formal education: Diploma /Degree in Mechanical/Electrical
Professional experience: In years: 2 to 5 years.
