Job Title: Assistant Manager (AM)/ Deputy Manager (DM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Experience:

.12 years - For AM role 35 years - For DM role

.Compliance management experience (directly working with or as consultant to manufacturing industry).

.Candidates with experience of managing only company secretarial compliances can apply only for AM role.

Primary Location: New Delhi - Vasant Kunj [travel to Gurgaon/ Manesar/ Kharkhoda once a week]

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated candidates to further strengthen our legal and regulatory adherence while driving a culture of compliance across the organization inline with Ethics and Integrity principles of the Company.

For DM role, you are expected to have extensive hands-on experience in compliance management and a strong legal background for manufacturing industry related compliances.

For AM role, you are expected to have relevant hands-on experience in compliance management experience in manufacturing industry related compliances is preferred.

You will be reporting to Department Head, Internal Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of On-line Regulatory Compliance System:

.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company (such as Production, Marketing & Sales, HR, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure timely submission of compliance status as per applicable laws and regulations.

.Contribute to identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks.

.Identify and resolve stakeholder issues swiftly without compromising compliance.

.Oversee and improve the compliance management tools and systems.

.Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company's operations.

Training & Awareness:

.Develop training modules (e-modules/ presentations/ flyers)

.Organize and deliver training on Company policies, regulatory compliances, compliance management tools.

Communication & Reporting:

.Prepare and deliver compliance reports via MS Excel/ PowerPoint.

Required Qualification:

A full-time, regular bachelor's or master's degree in law (LL. B/ LL. M) or equivalent from UGC/ AICTE approved university/ college.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

.Ability to interpret legislations/ legal documents and determine applicability to the Company/ Business Unit/ Office.

.Hands-on experience with online compliance management tools and MS Excel. Experience in Power BI is a plus.

.Preferred: Understanding of compliance requirements specific to automotive or large manufacturing enterprise, covering Employment & Labour, Environment, Health & Safety, Power & Electricity, IT & Data Privacy etc.

.Proficiency in MS Excel/ PowerPoint for effective report creation and presentation to Management.
