AM/DM- Community Development

Job Responsibilities:

Coordination:

. Explore, identify and plan projects/ interventions as per community need and CSR policy

. Periodic Progress review meeting with location in charges and ensure effective utilization of CSR budget

. Coordination with Central CSR for project proposals, approvals and progress reporting including MIS

. Coordinate Preparation and review of contents for impact assessment, Integrated reporting and Sustainability reporting including grievance register etc.

. Coordination for department meetings with internal and external stakeholders and preparation of minutes

. Daily visit to projects villages near to MSIL facilities

Documentation:

. Preparation of presentation and review documents for senior management

. Preparation and compilation of department projects progress and budget utilization (including historical records)

. Preparation of annual budget plan for community development projects in alignment with CSR objectives

. Preparation of Revenue budget for the department as per company guidelines

. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of department(and projects) documents

Competencies / Skills:

Basic software: MS office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Technical skills- Interpersonal and Communication skill

Project Management: MS Project

Others: Residents within the Sonipat district

Educational Qualification:

Graduation (Any Specialization)

Post Graduation (M.Sc/M.Com/MA with any specialization).
