Level: AM/DM/Manager – Sales (Closing) (Real Estate)

Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for driving residential domain sales closures, managing customer negotiations, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires strong relationship management, excellent closing skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
- Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Ensure timely booking closures and completion of documentation.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value residential transactions.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers is preferred.
