Education Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Civil) from Government college / NIT's/ MSIL approved colleges
Years of Exp.: (2 - 7 Years)
Nature of work exp.
- Hands on experience on design, estimation, tender, execution of Industrial and commercial building having good knowledge of interiors.
- Good knowledge of CPWD items and specifications (DSR & DAR).
- Good understanding of basic engineering and working process to impart technical guidance to contractors for completing the job in schedule at lowest cost and highest quality.
- Professionals involved in the execution of green-field industrial & commercial projects besides the above shall be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Billing, execution of RCC and structural steel works. Knowledge of quality checks for material being used during construction.
- Good knowledge of Scheduling on MS project, Rate analysis etc.
Any Industry preference: Industry, Infrastructure, Construction
Key responsibilities
- Co-ordination with architects / consultants,
- Preparation of specification,
- Project approval,
- Cost estimation,
- Tender & Technical evaluation, Negotiation,
- Design checking,
- Execution & Scheduling monitoring,
- Site Safety & Quality check,
- Bill checking & Payment.
- Knowledge of IS codes for design and billing
- Knowledge of Autocad , MS office & Excel, etc is mandatory.
Desirable:
- Knowledge Project monitoring software, understanding of designs drawings
- Understanding of latest technologies and software
FunctionalCompetencies:
- Project management, Design & checking/Designing of structures, Drafting, Contract documents.
- Setting layouts on ground, exposure of surveying instruments like plain tabling, levels, theodolite, total survey station, etc and maintenance planning.
