About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing
marketing strategies through data-driven insights. You will analyze market trends, campaign
performance, and customer behavior to help us make informed decisions that drive growth,
retention and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources (digital campaigns, CRM, sales
data etc.).
Analyze marketing performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROI, CLV, etc.) and prepare
detailed reports from Clevertap, Metabase and data warehouse.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Conduct marketing surveys, competitive analysis and market research to support
strategic decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies.
Monitor A/B tests and provide insights for campaign optimization.
Build dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Partly own CRM planning and campaign execution on Clevertap
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related
field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics,
Moengage, Clevertap or similar platforms.
Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email,
etc.).
Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Basic Understanding of Marketplace model of Ecommerce
Preferred Skills
Experience in marketing automation tools (Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage etc.).
Understanding of attribution models and marketing funnels.
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (bonus).
