AM- Compliance

• Regulatory Compliance & updates: Ensure tracking of all regulatory requirements, guidelines, and directives issued by the relevant authorities, including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory bodies, and work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance across business functions. 
• Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies, manuals, and internal codes of conduct.
• Risk Assessment and testing: Assist in conducting regular risk assessments and compliance testing to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks.
• Training and Awareness: Provide guidance to employees to ensure awareness of regulatory requirements and obligations.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Maintain compliance-related documentation and ensure timely filings to RBI and other authorities.  
• Monitoring Industry Trends: Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes in policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualified Company Secretary (with LLB preferred) 
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory or regulatory affairs, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in NBFC or banking.
