AM BUYER Non Capital procurement

.Candidate should have understanding & experience in Purchasing - procurement & sourcing

.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

.Knowledge about various processes used for manufacturing of items.

.Understanding of project management, engineering drawings, technical specifications of various category items.

.Must have analytical, problem solving, technical & communication skills

.Knowledge of IT tools like Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contract creation).

.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Role & Responsibility:

.SPOC for consumables items.

.Source and procure consumable items in line with company requirements and quality standards.

.Arranging Supply purchase Agreements, Non-disclosure with vendors.

.Handling of vendor registration.

.Creation of contracts / Pricing / Purchase Orders / RFQ / RFP / RFI / procurement terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value for the company.

.Reverse Auctioning & Negotiations.

.Item Rate approvals, item price indexation & or Price Variation Formula.

.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities

.Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

.Management reporting of Contracts progress.
