Job Description

  • Ensure maximum efficiency towards performance of Housekeepers
  • Responsible for keeping the entire premises clean
  • Monitoring individual job activity on hourly basis
  • Make rounds all around to monitor utilization of manpower
  • Review Checklist for Plan Vs Done
  • Supervise check on daily cleaning, deep cleaning and periodical cleaning as per schedule
  • Always acknowledge the residents with courteous greetings with a smile and ensure that his team also does the same
  • Ensure that the Housekeepers adheres to safety & environmental policies
  • Ensure that Housekeeping equipment's are properly maintained
  • Ensure that garbage/waste is disposal as per schedule, and area is kept clean
  • Ensure in time removal of rubbish to maintain the surround clean
  • Maintain Stock of Consumables
  • Maintain records of all the jobs and specific tasks completed
  • Adhere to hygiene standards
  • Maintain attendance of the Housekeepers
  • Provide On Job Training for improve / maintain quality work
  • Maintain cleanliness of all unsold flats
  • Review & Maintain the Record of Pest control applications
  • Maintain the Horticulture activities through activity schedule & Review the performance
  • Asset Management review, update and record maintenance
  • Ensuring delivery of services as per the agreed terms and conditions
  • Formulation, promulgation and implementation of SOPs and guidelines
  • Ensuring upkeep of records and logbooks
  • Ensuring all administrative formalities
  • Collection of bills/payments and processing of bills of all vendors
  • Act as interface within Flat owners, occupants, client and Govt. / Local authorities
  • Screening, hiring, and training of personnel of all service providers
  • Assigning of daily/weekly assignments to staff
  • Vendor management Daily operations, Performance analysis, ensure quality service
  • Timely escalation of observations to improve the working system and procedures
  • Keeping up to date with the local and state statutory policies
  • Providing prompt response on emergency
  • Updating and pursuing pending complaints with client, and managing Case management well within TAT
  • Supervising all staffs, maintaining statistical & financial records. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment's
  • Ensure support of all Dept. to Helpdesk for effective customer support
  • Other misc. tasks assign by line manager and management.
