SPJIMR is looking for an Alumni Community Experience Executive to join its Alumni Relations Office. This role is crucial for fostering a vibrant and engaged global alumni network. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to connect, support, and involve SPJIMR alumni in the institute's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Alumni Engagement & Communication:
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to maintain strong relationships with alumni across various cohorts and geographies.
- Manage and curate content for all alumni communication channels, including newsletters, social media, the alumni portal, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication regarding alumni news, events, and opportunities.
- Identify and promote success stories and achievements of alumni.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and connections among alumni.
Event Management & Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of alumni events, both online and offline (e.g., reunions, chapter meets, webinars, workshops, mentorship programs, guest lectures).
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, marketing, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., admissions, placements, faculty) to integrate alumni into various institute initiatives.
Community Platform Management:
- Oversee and enhance the functionality and user experience of the dedicated alumni portal/platform.
- Encourage active participation and content sharing within the alumni community.
- Utilize data analytics to track engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Volunteer Management:
- Identify, recruit, and support alumni volunteers for various initiatives, such as mentorship, admissions support, and chapter leadership.
- Develop clear guidelines and provide necessary resources for alumni volunteers.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date alumni database.
- Generate reports on alumni engagement, event participation, and communication effectiveness.
- Utilize data to inform future strategies and demonstrate impact.
Brand Advocacy:
- Inspire alumni to become active ambassadors for SPJIMR, promoting the institute's values and programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage alumni stories for institutional branding.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing budgets for alumni relations programs and events.
- Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Qualification:
Fresher Graduates with university/ college level experience in organizing events/ college fests.
Skills :

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with a wide range of individuals.
