Aluminum Fabrication Fitter

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fabrication Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum structures such as doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, handrails, and other custom aluminum works.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans

• Measure, cut, assemble, and fit aluminum components

• Install aluminum doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and related systems

• Handle glass fitting and sealing work when required

• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely

• Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and sealing of installed products

• Perform on-site installations and adjustments

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete work on time

Requirements

• Some experience in aluminum fabrication and installation

• Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles and fabrication techniques

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Experience in glass installation is an advantage

• Good physical condition and ability to work on-site

• Basic knowledge of safety practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in UAE (especially Ajman/Dubai/Sharjah projects)

• Familiarity with curtain wall and faade systems
