What Youll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build AI-powered capabilities, intelligent workflows, and automation-driven solutions
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative enterprise products
- Work with modern architectures, distributed systems, and data-driven platforms
- Contribute to technical design, code quality, and engineering best practices
What Were Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and databases
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern deployment environments
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, generative AI, or intelligent automation frameworks
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with a product-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Nice To Have
- Experience with AI integrations, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or event-driven systems
- Familiarity with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, messaging systems, or workflow engines
